Red Ninjato: Design and finishes

This red ninjato features a sharp, red 1060 steel blade with a superb flame-shaped, metal-colored hamon. The wooden scabbard is lacquered in intense red, with an applied samurai design. The hardwood handle and PU red samegawa, with black menuki, offer a very good grip.

The diamond-shaped black tsuka-ito reveals the PU red samegawa. The black iron guard is sculpted in the shape of a flower and scroll, and the gilded brass habaki tightens the blade at the tsuba. With an overall length of 39.76in and a weight of 2.87 lb, this sharp red ninjato is well-balanced for martial arts. Delivered with its scabbard, it makes a beautiful Japanese collectible.
